  • Which currency are you guys using?
    US Dollars.
  • Where are you guys located?
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. There will be additional shipping costs which vary by country. The customer is also responsible for any duties & taxes if applicable.
  • How will my orders be shipped?
    All international orders will be shipped via registerd mail with a tracking number. Local orders within Singapore will be delivered separately.
  • How do I pay for my international order?
    We process all payments via Paypal and Stripe (debit/credit card) Payments. Pricing is in USD.
  • What is the duties and tax policy?
    On occasions there might be additional import taxes and duties charged depending on local regulations. The customer is responsible for any duties & taxes if applicable. Duties & taxes will not be reflected in checkout and is billed separately by shipping company if applicable
  • Will the Native backapck fit my electric skateboard?
    When designing the Native, we tested with numerous popular skateboard brands (Exway, Lacroix, Kaly, Evolve, Meepo…) to ensure that it is compatible with most electric board designs. Obviously this is limited to the boards we could get our hands on, but do keep a lookout on our social media pages for more info on boards that we managed to strap to our backpacks!
  • What is the warranty policy for your products?
    Typically we put in every effort to check every single item we send out, hence there no refunds once payment have been received but you are able to change the color and size if we have not processed your order. However please do get in touch with us via email for any other issues, we will assess them on a case by case basis and see what can be done!
